MANAGING CRISIS MODE

This section describes how to activate and deactivate Crisis Mode for chosen Clusters.

Remember that the hardware behavior (locks and schedules) is based on how it is configured to work in the System Galaxy software. This programming is performed at the main Workstation Client. The Mobile Operator can only control activation and deactivation.

 

 

The Operator can activate/deactivate Crisis Mode on a per-loop basis from the smartphone. The app provides filtered views and a "Crisis Flag" indicator to make the status of the Clusters visible to the mobile operator.

 

From the home screen ...

  1. Tap MANAGE CRISIS MODE - from main “pie” menu.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Notice that the CRISIS INDICATOR FLAG is grayed-out when Crisis Mode is OFF (located above the favorites star).

  1. Tap the desired view to filter the list as needed (ALL, FAVORITES, ACTIVATED), .

AVAILABLE FILTERED VIEWS ...

  • ALL – (unfiltered) shows all Clusters in the system.
  • FAVORITES – shows only the loops that are marked as "favorite". The yellow star is always visible on a favorite, regardless of which view selected.
  • ACTIVATED – shows only the loops that are actively in crisis mode. The crisis indicator (red flag) shows if loop is activated for crisis mode.

 

  1. TO ACTIVATE CRISIS MODE: Tap (select) the checkboxes to chose the Clusters you want to activate.
    Clusters must be checked to activate them. Unchecked clusters are not affected.
  2. Hold-n-Swipe the CRISIS MODE button …

TO ACTIVATE Swipe the Crisis Mode button onto the 'ACTIVATE' circle.

The CRISIS INDICATOR FLAG turns RED when Crisis Mode is ON / ACTIVATED.

 

 

  1. Tap the Activated filter button ( or All / Favorites, as needed) to find the Clusters that you want to deactivate.
  2. TO DEACTIVATE CRISIS MODE: Tap (select) the checkboxes for the Clusters you want to deactivate.
    Clusters must be CHECKED in order to deactivate them. Unchecked clusters are not affected.
  3. Hold-n-Swipe the CRISIS MODE button …

TO DEACTIVATE Swipe the red "ACTIVATED" button onto the 'DEACTIVATE' circle.
